Friday- Monday December 15-18

Day 1 – Friday, December 15, 2023

TBD          Depart Tampa (TPA) or Sarasota (SRQ) for Nashville (BNA) via Southwest Airlines.

TBD          Arrive Nashville. Meet our local representative in the baggage claim area and be escorted to the awaiting motorcoach.

3:00 p.m.           Check-in: Gaylord Opryland Resort         

                Once everyone is settled, we will take a walking tour of the hotel.

4:45 p.m.           Dinner included at Santa Fe Cattle Company. Our formula is simple: delicious, made from scratch food, served in a comfortable, fun atmosphere. We age and hand cut our steaks, bake our yeast rolls, and make our famous sauces in-house. Not only is our food made fresh daily, it's very affordable, making for a perfect combination. We capture the authentic flavors of the Southwest and deliver them to your table. We guarantee you'll love your Santa Fe experience.

7:00 p.m.           Experience the Grand Ole Opry – Nashville’s must-see attraction and the world’s longest running live radio show. As the home of country music, the Opry offers an incredible mix of talent to create an American experience like no other!

Day 2 – Saturday, December 16, 2023

6:30 a.m. –   8:30 a.m. Full breakfast included at hotel at your leisure (with voucher).

8:30 a.m.           Professional guided city tour of Nashville.

11:15 a.m.           Boarding begins for the General Jackson Showboat

12:00 p.m.          The General Jackson Showboat is a 300-foot-long vessel styled in the grand tradition of the paddlewheel riverboats that cruised the great Southern waterways in the 1800s. Immerse yourself in the proud tradition of the great showboats of yesteryear and delight in the panoramic sights of the scenic Cumberland River as you enjoy a leisurely lunch cruise which includes live entertainment.

2:30 p.m.           Return to hotel to freshen up / free time.

6:00 p.m.           Christmas Dinner Show in the ballroom at Gaylord Opryland Resort. Enjoy a scrumptious holiday dinner and be entertained by Darryl Worley and friends!

Day 3 – Sunday, December 17, 2023

6:30 a.m. –   8:30 a.m. Full breakfast included at hotel at your leisure (with voucher).

                Free day to enjoy Gaylord Opryland Resort with Delta Flatboats and Ice tickets included (lunch on own).

Delta Flatboats – The Delta Riverboats travel down a scenic river that winds through a 4.5 acre indoor garden, while our guides offer unique facts about the Delta’s plants and fish and can answer most any question about the hotel.

ICE! – a whole new world of delightful ice environments and characters, Nashville’s most exciting and unique holiday destination is back and better than ever with an all-new theme! ICE! is hand carved by 40 artisans from Harbin, China.

Or, simply wander through the hotel doing some “people watching” and enjoy the lavish Christmas decorations throughout the hotel!

3:00 p.m.           Admission included to the Country Music Hall of Fame, where you can hear rare recordings of country’s legendary performers, see behind-the-scenes films by today’s stars, along with costumes, instruments and personal treasures from country music’s past and present.

4:30 p.m.           Free time on historic 2^nd Avenue (downtown) for shopping, etc. with dinner on own.

7:30 p.m.           SHOW: Amy Grant & Vince Gill Christmas at the Ryman Auditorium
